This older Milwaukee home had never had masonry maintenance. The foundation and
footing were poorly done and the landing was significantly and dangerously pulling away from the home. Bricks were
spalling and stairs were crumbling. This whole porch needed to be rebuilt with a proper footing and foundation.
The new footing has been poured with proper tuck pointing of cracks and waterproofing.
The new block foundation is layed and about to be tooled for a good finish. Horizontal and vertical steel re-bar were
used in the footing and foundation for flex and strength, especially with our more extreme weather variances here in Wisconsin.
